Sweet Green Summer Smoothie
Fruity and nutritious smoothie that is perfect for the warm summer weather (or at any time during the year)!

Servings: 12 ounces
- 6 ounces Milk (Breast milk, formula or nondairy milk if < 12 months. Whole cow's milk is an option if > 12 months.)
- 1 Kiwi Peeled and quartered
- 1 ounce Pear Frozen 1 ounce cube
- 4 ounces Spinach Fresh or Frozen cubes
- 1 Small Banana Frozen
- 2 Basil leaves Fresh
- 2 Tablespoons Old Fashion Rolled Oats (Option to use iron fortified baby oatmeal if available)
- 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seed Ground
Place all items into blender and blend until smooth.
Smoothie is best served immediately but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Freeze remaining smoothie in disposable or reusable pouches or containers for up to 6 months.
